The Global Maritime Forum (GMF) is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to shaping the future of global seaborne trade through collaborative action. Bringing together leaders from across shipping, cargo, finance, logistics, technology, and policy, the Forum addresses some of the industry's most pressing challenges, including decarbonization, safety, workforce development, and human sustainability. Recognized as a trusted convenor within the maritime sector, GMF plays a unique role in driving collective solutions to issues that no single company or stakeholder can solve alone, helping the industry build a more sustainable, resilient, and future-ready maritime ecosystem. 

The All Aboard Alliance is a coalition of leading maritime companies and senior industry leaders committed to improving life at sea and creating a more inclusive and sustainable maritime workforce. The Alliance focuses on key issues such as safety, well-being, diversity, respectful workplaces, career development, and talent attraction and retention. At a time when the maritime industry faces significant workforce shortages and increasing expectations around inclusion and employee well-being, the Alliance's work is helping to establish practical, measurable actions that can create meaningful change across the sector. 

With this conversation, WISTA Denmark wishes to foster its mission of increasing diversity, strengthening female leadership, and creating equal opportunities across the maritime industry. The ability to attract, develop, and retain talent is now a strategic business issue for shipping companies, ports, maritime service providers, and technology organizations alike.
